Una noche de 1983 la vida de la familia Yangali cambió por completo. Los cuatro hermanos provenientes del pueblo de Churcampa en Ayacucho fueron atacados y separados por el terrorismo de estado. Fortunato, el padre de Luyeva y Sonia fue secuestrado por los militares dejando un gran vacío en la familia. Desde aquel entonces la búsqueda de Sonia Muñoz, su esposa, no cesó. One night in 1983 the life of the Yangali family changed completely. The four brothers from the town of Churcampa in Ayacucho were attacked and separated by state terrorism. Fortunato, the father of Luyeva and Sonia was kidnapped by the military leaving a large void in the family. Since then, the search for Sonia Munoz, his wife, did not cease. However, militarized forces would not allow the truth to come to light. After almost 40 years of suffering for the loss of their loved ones, the Yangali family continues to wait for justice and for history to never repeat itself.
